Excellent service response cost effective timely service response time.Negative on technician cleanliness. Scraped dirty oil shoe going in and out of drivers seat. Car was immaculate prior to his entry in and out. Steering wheel dirtier up where grabbed with dirty oily hands.

Experienced friendly and helpful service from the employees at Dobbs in Sunset Hills. This seems to be the friendliest and most accommodating Dobb's center and its worth driving a few extra miles to have my care maintanance done here.

Emissions

Said I only wanted emissions. I already had a safety. They did both and failed my safety. The one I did NOT ask them to do. The advised it would be $350 to fix it. I fixed the mirror, wipers and horn for less than $15. I was tired and in a hurry. They not only ran test I did not ask for. But made me too late to go to the license office. I will NEVER come back except to collect an apology and refund for a state inspection.

My son brought his 2003 CRV in for an oil change. He did not know about getting tires rotated. I know you don't want to get accused of trying to upsell on the services, but in this case, it would have cost nothing since we purchased the tires at Dobbs. Would have been good if they had suggested to my son that they rotate the tires. Thanks
