I have used Dobbs several times. I have always had good experiences with them. The salesperson gave me many options based on my vehicle and driving habits. The tires are excellent, rides and drives the best it has since new
I showed up, I had tried to make an online appointment for an oil change but it aparently did not go threw but the guys at Watson Dobbs got me in, gave me ice cold water and got my oil changed fast. Always polite, they even brought my car to the entrance for me.
The new tire experience was a surprise, but Dobb's made it as painless as possible.
My cars only come to Sunset Plaza Dobbs for service. Always great & fast service.

So happy to see Bart in the Watson store. He is always cheerful and more than willing to go above and beyond. He was great with my brakes.
Every thing was satisfactory
My service occurred over a few days. I had a nail in my tire that was not repairable. On the first visit, I had to wait over 2 hours for a seemingly simple quick check and tire assessment, which was very frustrating. Then I was told that the tire I needed was out of stock and difficult to find due to vendor fulfillment issues. The Manager was very nice and committed to letting me know when the tire would be available.The Manager was extremely diligent in finding the tire I needed and picked up the cost of couriering the tire quickly. He also let me know the status of when the new tire would be mounted. All in all, I was pleased with the service and will definitely return.
