Waited an hour too long

I have gone to other Dobbs and been very satisfied with the service. This was my first time at the sunset hills location in a few years. The work done on my car was good, but i was left sitting for an hour and fifteen minutes longer than i needed to. After everyone who came in after me had left i went to check on my car ( i had told the guy at the counter i'd be in the guest lounge and never left) andd told my car had been done over an hour. So overall, the actual service was good, but I left feeling very irritated for an hour of my day being wasted.

Great service

I'm glad I use Dobbs for all work they perform with special attention to my tires, tune-ups, and any repair that only the dealer can do. I especially like the fact they find issues that could have been major safety issues had they not found and fixed the problem. I utilize the Sunset Hills location and Bart has provided great personal service and updates when my vehicle is being worked on.

State Emissions Inspection

State required emissions inspection was completed quickly.

I needed an emissions and safety inspection to renew my plates. I was greeted promptly and went to wait. They were busy so it told a bit longer than I had planned but I was able to get to the license office in time. Service was good, people were friendly, and I will be back

I didn't like paying $10.00 overhead fee for a 5 minute battery replacement. What a ripoff. I complained about the overhead charge and I was told that everyone must pay a $10.00 overhead. He did not care.

They were great! Got me in fast -- even found a battery problem in need of repair; saved me from being stranded on the side of the road later! Thanks!!
