Everytime I come to this Dobbs I am greeted nicely. I appreciate the fact that the guys are honest and won't make me get something for my car that I don't need. They drive me to my office across the street and never seem to mind and we always have great conversations. I recommend this location all the time.
Brought car in for oil change, was told I'd have to leave it (busy Saturday morning). They agreed to use their shuttle to take me home so I wouldn't have to wait in-store for several hours. Accepted Web coupon deal even though I told them verbally about it and that I could not get my printer to work to print it out. All while being very friendly & professional and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Kudos!
Took a bit longer than I had hoped. Staff was very professional. Still have to come back for a 4 wheel alignment as they could not do it on the same day.
I just really dont know what to say anymore about Dobbs in Sunset Hills. I was told in November that I needed immediate replacement if both front and rear brakes. When questioned the employee said I could wait 1000-2000 miles. I took car back last week and was told I didnt need brakes or the transmission flushed(as was previously recommended also) but I had other repairs needed (about $450 worth). Who knows. I have relied on Dobbs to treat me honestly and now I just dont feel comfortable. Last year my 50,000 mike tires wore out in less than half that time. I was told that I hadnt rotated them according to recommendations so there was no warranty. Again.. doesnt sound right to me but who knows. If you cant trust your mechanic who can you trust.
You performed the original work I requested to my satisfaction. I originally requested a new tire and wheel. The car had to be left over night to get the parts. But, I called back on the second day and asked you to also do an oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised when I came to pick it up that neither the rotation or oil change had been done. Disappointed that I will have to return again to get that done. I'm giving less stars because of that.
Can always count on the staff at Sunset Hills Dobbs to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Excellent service and fair prices
I needed new wiper blades, and it was the afternoon before I was scheduled for surgery, and had many other errands to finish that day. My wipers were installed within 15 minutes.
This was a great service experience.
