I was so thrilled with the excellent service I got at Dobbs Tire Center in Sunset Hills, MO! They went out of their way to explain why I needed to replace my tires & have them properly aligned & handled my oil change all in the same afternoon. They also went out of their way to give me every discount available for a low-income elderly lady. It was so appreciated! Great service & great people working there!

Great service, friendly crew

We brought our 2014 Pathfinder in for new tires, rear brakes, and some other maintenance. It was dropped off in the morning and ready later that afternoon, running better than it had since it was services a few months prior by a local dealer. We're very happy with the service and impressed at the friendliness of the crew at the end of what had to have been a long, hot day. The heat index was over 110 that day.

Transmission Issue

Unacceptable! I brought our Saturn in to have the transmission checked since the car had gotten stuck in gear. This had happened two other times in that week. but it was drivable. Dobbs did a diagnostic on the Saturn and said the transmission needed to be replaced. I decided not to have it done that day so went to Dobbs to pick it up. I was shocked when the mechanic had to push it out of the bay since he couldn't get in in reverse. I paid for the Diagnostic (I believe it was around $150) that was completed and left. The Power Steering was completely out and the car couldn't be driven at all. I was drove the car to Dobbs with no issues so what happened while it was there?
