Ac

I was disappointed. Dobbs said to have fixed my ac for 200 something dollars. It stopped working again within a week. When I took it back, it would be another 1300 to get it fixed. I felt I should get my 200 back because they clearly did not fix it. Major disappointment and probably will not return.

2014 dodge

I was very pleased you got me in as quickly as you did, since I just dropped in. I am a little undecided how I feel when I drop a car off for one thing and am told I need something that I did not ask to be looked at.Don't get me wrong I appreciate that service, but I feel you should automatically show the customer the faulty item. In this case an air filter.My wife was taken in by the Wentzville location a few years ago, so it has caused me to mistrust at times.Thanks for asking for my comments

Flat Tire

Got a flattire while on the road. Since the tires were purchased at Dobbs I went there for repair. Tire could not be repaired. I was given a new tire at discount rate.Dobbs was fantastic accommodating, helpful and cal.ing in a stressful situation.

Oil change

Very satisfied with the man at the counter and the service was timely. Called to let me know the transmission fluid needed changing saving me another service appt. great

CAR INSPECTION

WAIT TIME REASONABLE. EVERYONE VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. ...... BUT IT THINK THIS REVIEW FORM IS RATHER CONFUSING.
