asked to plug tire that had 2 nails, said they had to replace the tire, bullshit. never saw the tire again. never quick service, always left sitting 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change, no not recommended.
Bart was outstanding and 100% customer oriented. He knows his job as the head of that store and does a great job.
The guys were all GREAT! Very personable and friendly. My problem was they said they could repair my flat within an hour, which seemed reasonable, but THREE HOURS LATER, they repaired it and told me of $1K of more work I needed. I feel they spent the time to find problems. I will never go for another flat tire or to buy tires here again.
The service could not have been any better.
I went in for a simple task. By the time I left they tried to sell me three more things. I am tired of going in to get one thing done and being told that I need three more. This may very will be my last visit.
Don't ignore the low tire pressure light! The guys helped put the right tire pressure in and also performed a regular oil change. all in about an hour on a sunday morning. Thanks.
Bart is by far the best manager I have ever encountered at Dobbs. He goes the extra mile and I trust him that the work is excellent. Always pleasant and accommodating.
they returned the car to me without correcting the problem because I had told them that the left front tire was indicating that the monitoring system wasn't working. He replaced the left front tire monitor and then reset the system. After resetting the system it told him that it was Right Rear tire which was needing to be replaced. Well what do they do? Give it back to me with the system not corrected. They should have told me what had happened that the tires were rotated since the system had been reset and that Dobbs was the one who did that tire rotation, and that they were going to correct their mistake.Instead I had to speak to the mechanic to find out they rotated tires last time without resetting the tire monitoring system which means that the tire from right rear was now at front left and that was why it read that tire needed a new monitor. I got them to take the one they removed from left front and put it on right rear and the car was fixed but I had to instigate that!
Great job done in a timelymanner, very pleased withoutcome. Thank you
