I went in for regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). When I was told Id receive a complimentary alignment test, I assumed that meant an alignment would be suggested. While I dont blame a business for trying to make upsell suggestions, when it comes to car maintenance and repair theres a lot of gray area where a person could potentially be taken advantage of. I was pleased when my car passed the alignment test and this makes me more trusting that this business is being ethical and honest in dealing with customers. I do count on them to give me truthful evaluations when it comes to the safety of my vehicle.

Never Again

First of all, this is NOT Todd's car, it is Angela's car. I've tried repeatedly to get you to change that. This review is written by Angela, not Todd.I will probably NEVER use you for an oil change again. When you have an appointment at 8 a.m., it should NOT take an hour and a half to change oil. I used to do my own and it takes NO MORE than 30-40 minutes. I watched your pokey people through the window. While you all seem to be friendly people, that doesn't make up for 90 minutes of waiting on a 30 minute job.
