We have been a loyal customers for years and my question is according to your advertising its buy one get one free oil change is but nothing reflects that on my paperwork. Please let me know my status for my next oil change
On Good Friday, I visited the Fenton Dobbs for an oil change. I did not have any appointment. The oil change was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way within the estimated time.
The product and process seems to be fine, but it took significantly longer than it would have taken at nearby Jiffy Lube.
I buy my tires here and love the free rotation service. Because of this, I get my oil changes and inspections here. They do not try to sell me services that I dont need, but they do keep me informed about maintenance issues. Also like the shuttle service which allows me to drop my car and they take me to work. Very convenient. The Fenton Dobbs location has earned my trust over the years.
The service work was fine! The doors were left unlocked when we picked up the car!
It is sometimes hard to believe the claim of fixed for life on brake parts, but with my recent visit it hold true. A complete repair was done free of charge for a previously replaced part in a very timely manner. I will continue to use Dobbs for my brake repairs.
In December, I spent over $800 dollars there to have my vehicle aligned. Less than 2 months later, while in for an oil change, you tried to tell me my vehicle was out of alignment again with no reasonable explanation as to why.
Very nice people my only gripe is took longer than I expected from them to get my car out.
