The work was done on time and as expected. I was properly and timely informed as the work proceeded. Brian Mandernach was very helpful and Jay Dennis, as usual, was a "superstar"! This is why I have been bringing our three cars back and back even after some 20 years--first at Yorkshire and now at Fenton!!!
Took too much time to identify the issues. The car was in for a weekend plus Monday at the end of December and then had to return for several days in January.
Just had Dobbs replace our struts and shocks a little over a week ago, they replaced our shocks under warranty even though there was nothing wrong with them, they just wanted put new shocks with the new struts (in other words they did not have to). But our Van started making a noise on the drivers side wheel on Sunday and I thought, oh no, what is this going to cost and could it have something to do with the work that was done. So got to Dobbs at 7am Monday morning, a hour later they brought me my key and handed it to me and said it was ready to go. I hesitantly asked with a cringe how much do we owe you. They said nothing, it was just some rust behind the wheel, they cleaned it up and it was good to go. I do not know if the noise had anything to do with the work they did with the struts, or something separate. I just find they are always honest and upfront with me, even when it is expensive news, at least I have confidence they are telling me the truth for what is best for my vehicle.
I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and warranty tire rotation. The job was completed on time and in a professional manner as always.

very pleased with dobbs, always reasonable, always cheerfull, clean faculity, good ,compotent people, never failed to answer any question without lying or scams. always above board on serious matters, and yet always a good sense of humor. 30 years and counting I have been a customer. thumbs up folks and god bless!

Paul and Jay were amazing helping me get my car fixed.
I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation/balance for a road trip. The car was back quickly but the entire car vibrated for the whole road trip. It didnt do that before I dropped it off and should have been smooth after the rotation and balancing. Now I have to waste more time getting it fixed.
