New tires were installed on my car. After arriving home and letting the car sit in the shade for a couple hours, I went out to check the tires' PSI and retorque the lug nuts (as you are supposed to do after 50 miles). All the tires were left at 38-41 PSI rather than adjusted back to my vehicles 30 PSI. I called Stevens Point Schierl Tire to inquire. They said the technician put that much air in them to seal the bead on the rim, but must have forgotten to readjust them. That helps explain why I found 3 of the 4 valve stem caps barely screwed onto the valve stems-slight twist and they fell off. Two "oops" issues, so I checked the lug nut torque and discovered the wheels must not have been "final torque checked" by the technician either, as all four tires had at least one lug nut needing 1/2 a turn at 100 ft/lbs, three had two lug nuts needing 1/2 a turn, and one tire had three lug nuts needing 1/2 a turn. Seriously! Very poor job thoroughness from that technician!

While the repair was done in a timely manner, the cleanup afterwards was neglected. The repair technician was not courteous and left a greasy mess on my light tan cloth interior. No way the technician could've missed the grease/oil on door, floor and especially the center console. Very disappointing.
Dennis did a awesome job on my oil change n he went out of way to fix another problem.. just that Eric didn't wash n wax my truck.
