Highway Flat Tire
Wife had flat on Highway over Memorial Day weekend & car was towed to Schierl. Left key in overnight box and first thing Tues morning received call from Kevin. Went over situation, what I wanted to do, and by 11:00a car was done. Very good service, friendly staff, would recommend to anyone.

I am currently waiting for a new replacement tire for my wife's car, because it is taking longer than normal to get the tire. Mike offered to mount a used Firestone tire of the same size as the new one, on my rim, so that my wife can use her car (without the compact spare) to commute to work.

Holiday Made Better By Schierl
Prior to Thanksgiving and some significant travel, I took our car in for an oil change. During the processes it was noted that the serpentine belt was cracked and close to breaking. The belt was replaced immediately per Kevin's suggestion. My wife took a long journey that wintry night without incident.A few days later my wife took the vehicle in due to some unusual noise from the front wheel area. The shop was busy, but Eric came out, knelt in the snow and slush and checked it out...a portion of the wheel well cover had broken and was scrapping the wheel. Eric was able to pull the broken piece off the cover and resolved the issue at no cost.Folks anybody who cares for my wife's well-being is not only a friend, but family!They show genuine concern for our health and well-being, for it is not the car they take care of, but US.Our Holiday thoughts, prayers and good wishes extend to the Schierl crew in Stevens Point. If I were Santa they would receive a Christmas Bonus!
