Kevin is absolutely awesome... the rest of the shop has a ton to learn. We are constantly having to correct invoices, ask additional questions etc. to get anything 'correct'. Kevin is awesome. If it weren't for him, we would not use schierl any longer. Asked them to check for a leak (on tires we purchased from them). Once again, car was returned to us with 4 different pressures varying by 10 PSI. That is ridiculous. Some sort of grease residue left inside vehicle this time around as well (rubber mats, so I'm 'ok' with cleaning - but it should NOT happen). Frustrating.

I ran over something 11 miles south of Stevens Point on hwy 39 that put a puncture in the sidewall of the back right tire. The spare was a small, 50 mph tire. I had to drive back to Madison and didn't want to do 50 mph. I decided to take the company car to Schierl on Main Street in Stevens Point after learning they had a tire to match and could get me in and out in an hour! Amazing! Waiting was great with drinks, snacks and a work area. I highly recommend this business and the people who work there.
Folks don't usually describe their oil change visits as joyful occasions, but ours are at Schierl in Stevens Point.My wife Ann and I have taken our vehicles to the Stevens Point location for over 20 years.Eric and his staff treat us like family and we feel the same way about them. From the phone call making the service appointment, which often includes some fun comments, to the post payment good wishes, we feel respected and cared for.Today after the service I had brief conversations with Eric and Kevin. Eric shook my hand and wished me well, while Kevin, who knows we're helping a Veteran out of a tough spot asked about his progress...and yes all is going well.Joshua Ferguson, who I believe is fairly new, took in the conversations and smiled.
