Oil & rotation

The service guy at check out called me when I was in the waiting too & didnt identify himself. He saidYoure here. Then I want up & he seemed super confused or extremely tired.. He did ask another advisor for help when I had questions confirming that I do have synthetic oil in my Toyota. It made my unsure if the correct job was done on my auto since the advisor was so uninformed.

This is not the first time nor probably the last that I rave regarding the "above and beyond" service I receive from these good men.Yesterday I was concerned about how often the "ESC" (Electronic Stability Control) light was coming on and thought it might be our tires.When I stopped in Kevin was at the counter and attended to me. After explaining my situation, Kevin came out in the snow and cold to where I was parked, knelt in the snow, cleared the snow with his bare hands and took tread depth measurement from all 4 tires. After getting readings from 6-11, he said not to worry about the tread depth and that the "ESC" was the result of this nasty winter we're all going through.Point is, I could have been taken advantage of and sold at least a couple of tires...that didn't happen. But know for certain that when I do I'll go directly to Kevin.The integrity, honesty and friendliness I've received from Kevin and Eric over the years has been phenomenal!R. Whipp
