Miscommunication and Poor Cust
Dropped my daughters car tire and rim off on a Thursday and they said they would get the tire in the next day. Tried calling Saturday 4 times between 8am and 11am and went right to a phone tree and made me leave a message. On Monday received a voicemail that they got my message to schedule an oil change. Called back and said that wasnt even the message I left and was inquiring about the tire. Staff member said I needed to talk to someone else. Another guy came on and said he had an oil change opening for Friday. I was frustrated and told him what I was looking for. He told me the tire had come in on Friday but still was not done. They finally decided to put the new tire in the rim which I picked up after work. This meant my daughter went 3 extra days without having a vehicle. It may have even been longer if I didnt call to remind them.
