I was driving on the interstate when I noticed my engine misfiring. I still had an hour or more to get to my weekend destination. Though busy with other scheduled work, the team at Schierl in Stevens Point agreed to diagnose and repair my truck and get me back on the road. I so appreciated their kind friendly last-minute willingness to help. It saved my weekend!

Disappointed and unsatisfied

Scheduled an appointment 2 wks ahead asked beforehand if they except my extended warranty, Josh responded yes after checking with Keith. Brought my Car in and Josh said Keith couldn't get ahold of warranty Co. I stepped outside in less than 10min I had the adjuster on speaker and Josh said oh Keith is the only person that could deal with them and he has stepped out to a Dr's appt leave ur car over the weekend and we'll see about getting ur car done Monday. Total BS. It's a shame in 4 5yrs or so coming here been ok but this was inexcusable and will from now on go some where else for service. Should never lie to customers that's how you loose trust and confidence.
