Always good service. Taken by surprise about extra oil charge beyond 5 qts using coupon book. Wasnt prepared for extra 17.00 charge. I understand, but new charge not expected. Thanks

I was struck by debris from a moving truck. My tire was flat, it's 0 degrees and the equipment to inflate my spare tire would not function in the cold weather (Audi Q5). I was stuck on a off ramp during rush hour in Stevens Point. I called Schierl Tire in Plover and was greeted by Nate, he promised to wait for me and the tow truck as it was after hours. He went over and above for the freezing girl that tried to fix her own flat to no avail. He was kind and caring and promised to try to have my vehicle back to me the next day. If the staff at all locations are like this, there is no reason to go anywhere else. Kudos to Nate!!

Tom and Heather are always so welcoming and patient. They take the time to make sure I know exactly what is going on with my car and that I am getting the best price. I have been here several times in the last few months, and every single time they were awesome! The technicians as well are great, and deserve major kudos as well.
I have had Plover Schierl take care of all my vehicles and have only 100% happy with the work and customer service. The people do a fantastic job and I have all the confidence in the world in them.
