Thanks to the help of Tom and Jason upfront and the great crew of technicians in the back I saved hundreds of dollars. They found a much more economical way to solve the problem instead of just doing the more expensive job and not telling me. This kind of honesty is hard to find, and I really appreciate it. It's why I've been a customer at Schierl for more than 25 years.

Bolt on tire

I came in to have a bolt removed from my tire. The manager came out to look at it (saw it was mounted on an aftermarket wheel) and told me the repair would be free of charge. He said he didn't have an openong to do it until tomorrow (another customer walked in with the same problem and another tech told him he would do it right away for him with no appointment) - this was my first bit of frustration. I came in the next day to my appointment and after they pulled my vehicle into the shop I was told that it would now cost me $50 because I have aftermarket wheels (despite what the manager had told me the day before...after LOOKING at my tire). I got a distinct feeling this place would do anything to inconvenience you with appointments that weren't needed and petty charges.

I drove to Plover to visit my son. When I got to his house I noticed that my right front tire was very low on air. He and I looked at the tire and found a screw in it. He suggested we go to Schierl Tire in Plover to get it fixed. We drove over to your Plover location and arrived at 4:50 pm. I explained to them that I was in a panic due to my need to leave Plover at 5:30 PM to pick up my daughter for the weekend. Mark, Tom, and Steven not only fixed my tire, they were nothing shy of AWESOME. Then, when they told me my truck was done, I pulled out my wallet to pay the bill and they told me there is no charge for this service. I was in shock (I still am)! Not only did Mark, Tom, and Steven get me back on the road with 20 minutes to spare, they were friendly and grateful for MY business. Gentlemen, your actions today and your superior service made me a customer of yours for life. Seldom in todays world do you find a company and people like this. THANK YOU!

I came up from madison to take DNR exams.My tie rod failed as I pulled in to the testing center. I call your shop and although you had a full schedule you got my truck in. Also you suggested a tow company and while I took test my truck was picked up and repaired. Thank you very much
