The service was excellent. The issue was explained clearly and the work was done even more quickly than I had hoped. I have great confidence in Ray's automotive expertise. The entire staff was -- as always -- very helpful and courteous.

The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. (Connor and John, I believe). This was my first oil change at this center and they thanked me for choosing them. Nice waiting area, offered me shuttle service. I'll be back for all future services!
Brought car in unscheduled because of a noise. Despite a full schedule I had my answer with in an hour.
Gary, Tom, and John upfront, and all the great folks in the back make a stop at Schierl quick and easy. The crew is reliable, communicative, friendly, and the service is outstanding.
I would like to say thank you to the crew at the Plover, WI store.Our vehicle would stall intermittently so we brought it in to be looked at. They fit us in and discovered that the fuel pump fluctuated in pressure. We agreed with the suggestion that it should be replaced. After getting the vehicle back it continued to stall at slow speeds. We took it back in and they searched hard for and issue and it wouldnt throw codes when it stalls. They decided to replace the EGR valve and it was the end of the day and they werent confident that solved the issue. Again, it was intermitted. I discussed it with Tom and decided I would take it home and see how it acted and come back the next day. That evening we took a special trip around town and got ice cream, putting it through scenarios where it would stall if it was going to happen. I was happy to report back to Tom the next morning that it had not stalled, hesitated, and started better. Running like it should days later.
excellent service, friendly staff. Didn't try to push unnecessary services on me, main reason I will return for services on both my car and truck.

As always the friendly professional staff at Schierl tire in Plover were helpful and honest about the repairs done. I have had great experiences with them.
