Awesome Service!

Had a double puncture on the left rear tire on our truck while commuting to work. Pulled in with the flat. They gave the courtesy ride the rest of the way to work. Put the spare on. Took the flat apart and tried to fix. Couldn't be fixed. Stayed in contact with us the whole day with options. In the end the flat was warranted with another company. We took the truck there to have it fixed. We weren't charged anything for what they all did! We will definitely be back! Thank You!

EXCELLENT Customer Experience

My tire pressure light came on as I was heading out of town late Thursday afternoon. I turned around and by the time I got to the store my tire was completely flat. Tom went over and above and had new tires on my car with an hour. He knew I was heading out of town and took it upon himself to double team the job to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I havent experienced this type of customer service in a very long time. I really appreciate the extra mile that was put forth in servicing my car. Thank you so much for the reminder that there is still excellent customer service in our community.

Over priced

Charged me $250 to tell me my battery was dead and to replace it. Not worth it at all!

Awesome! Tom and I had to call an "audible" regarding a "hiccup" during an unforeseen parts failure during service, but all is GREAT. Tom will email me once the needed part is located and in the store to finish
