Great Service

I stopped in to have my tires retorqued after purchasing a new set of tires the previous week. I asked if they could possibly check for a loud clunking noie that I was hearing near the rear right tire. Eric, Dave and Zach were so helpful to me and I believe Dave went right out in the parking lot, laid on the ground with a flashlight (as it was already dark) and gave a quick check. He came back and told me that he thought I had a bad shock and needed to get it in to the Kia dealer as it was still under warranty. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help me without an appt. My husband also wants to give a shout out to Heather at the front desk. He said "She knows her s**t!" about what tires she recommended for our Sorento when we needed the new tires put on. Thanks everyone for the great service! It is VERY hard to find that nowadays and we truly appreciate it, especially when we are newer to the area and don't know who to call.

Experience was fine but when we brought car home, front new tire was flat the next day. Now we will have to bring car back in. All this happened on Sat so car had to sit for the entire weekend.

Set for winter and beyond

I had to have new tires put on my Equinox, since the ones that came with it didn't last as long as I thought they would. It was quick and easy to hear about what tires would be good choices for me, making that choice and then an appointment. My car was done in 3 hours and now I know I'll be ready for any weather conditions, but especially winter!
