Service was fine as usual. An hour and twenty minutes for a wheel swap is too long. Also, the tech did not have to move the all around.

Great customer service when we we leaving for out of town and saw we had a flat when we opened the garage. Not only were we able to get in for sevice right away, we were also shown the many options to puchase a set of new tires plus some nice rims. Thanks Todd for your time and patience with everything.

I purchased all 4 of my tires from Matthews. Best thing I have ever done with the extra coverage on the tires. This visit was needed to identify why there was a vibration when the car traveled over 65. The tech identified and adjusted what was causing this at a minimal charge. Joe and the team at Matthews have great customer service and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off.
When I couldn't get my flat tire in anywhere, you guys never fail.
