I brought my car in just shorltly after discovering I had run over a bolt and needed it removed a.s.a.p., as I was leaving for Illinois, for the weekend. The service I received was quick and sufficient. Thank you so much.
Tire had a slow leak, unrepairable. Had 80% life left. Had to replace. Done while we waited.
Everyone is always courteous, explains what they are doing, and have it done on time!

Never have I been left unsure, disappointed, or taken advantage of, by the guys at the fond du lac Matthews. I am your typical consumer, know nothing about cars, they are always thorough, realistic, and explain things in great detail. They are genuine and I have always felt they always put the customer first. Unlike many shops here in town, its not about just making money. Between the staff and service, I will be a lifetime customer!

I have a 2004 Pontiac Vibe with 260,000 miles. Alan was very helpful and provided me with great details regarding the estimate for the work. The vehicle drives great and I'm hoping for another 260,000 miles.
I always have had good service here. Questions answered honestly and work completed as discussed with expedience. I recommend this facility in Fond du Lac as your "go to" facility for mechanical and especially tires.
