Excellent Service/Repairs

Several weeks ago, we had some major repairs done to our 2007 Chevy Impala. Bob, the mechanic who worked on it did an excellent job. Yesterday, we had a backup light that needed to be replaced and a minor issue that had to be checked out. All done to our complete satisfaction! Joe and Todd in the front office have always been very attentive to our needs and have thoroughly answered any and all questions we may have about repairs, new tires, etc. They are professional, trustworthy and very customer oriented. Highly recommend Matthews Tires in Fond du Lac!

I dropped truck off at 830 mon nov 18th for new tires. Called them around 2 pm and said that they will call me when ready. Called back at 415 pm cause i needed truck back. They said yes were done. I payed and left. My driver side window was open about a 1/4" down. I went to close it and it wasnt working up or down. I went back to talk to Todd the manger and he said oh yeah the window dont work. They took off door panel and said window just dropped down and they got it back up. I said well it would have been nice to be told about that. He said oh I thought they told you. He was standing right next to the guy who helped me. I said OK are you going to fix it, he said there not reliable for parts. I said the window was working just find when I brought it in and there was nothing wrong with it. He said well all we did was push the button and it completely dropped to floor. He lied about it and told me It wasn't on them. Winter is here and i have a broken window that don't even close.

As always, they did a great job and I appreciate the use of a vehicle as I work out of town. I'm so glad I bought my tires from you and love the free rotation & balance. This time they did an oil change also and a brake fluid job.

Auto damage

I had an "incident" in the snowfall of 11/6/19. I called Matthews and was fortunate to reach Todd. He walked me thru everything that needed to be done and just took over. I know that they are very, very busy right now and we were very appreciative of the attention that was given so that I could get my car up and running again as soon as possible.
