As always very satisfied with the excellent service provided by Matthew's staff & techs. It comes as no surprise that at the busiest time of the year they somehow scheduled me in for a much needed oil change only 2 days after a premium winter tire installation. Along with the routine maintenance oil change they performed a basic safety inspection, changed a clogged air filter and an oil system flush.Once again Matthews Tire staff and crew exceeded my expectations as an overall satisfied customer.

The customer service at Matthews was awesome. They were extremely accommodating and when I asked when was the soonest I could bring in our Suburban Joe said I work for you, you tell me what works for you!. I rarely write reviews but I had to write this one because they really stuck with me. Great customer service goes a long way! We were very happy with the tires and other helpful recommendations that they had for the truck. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Everyone was expectionally friendly and helpful . Except a person named Scott who was a bit rude on phone when I called to ask about the car after 5pm. I was concerned As I dropped the car off at 7am. I was almost at the point of sending someone else to pick up my car .

Oil Changes 10/5

I had oil change on 2 different vehicles. Always well taken care of by the staff. However, oil change sticker on one vehicle was set for 3/5/2020 (5 months) and 2500 miles and other vehicle sticker was for 2/4/2020 and 3000 miles. In both cases neither is technically correct for 3 months/3000 miles.
