Needed to get 1 tire looked at. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and it was repaired quickly and got the car back the same day.
Called because I had a flat tire. Melissa recommended a tow company and provided the number immediately. The tow company arrived within the estimated time, towed my car directly to Matthews, and my tires were fixed within 4 hours. I like the plexiglass up between customers and workers at the desk but I would also appreciate it if when interfacing with customers the desk personnel were masked.
When i got there I was told my appt had been earlier in the day, my husband had changed the appt to the afternoon shortly after he made the first appt, but they must not have fixed it in the computer. They forgot to check a noise I had asked about at the beginning of the appt, I did not have time to stay and have them pull it back in. And while I was checking out, the gentleman answered 3 phone calls. There was no back up at the front desk.
The person at the counter was very friendly and helpful. He assured me that the tires I was buying were going to be amazing and I would like them and theyalso would give me a rebate! This guy deserves a raise! Very friendly and great customer service!

I needed to replace my tires ASAP so my dad made a phone call to Rick and explained the situation. Rick got my vehicle in right away. The whole staff was so nice to work with! Definitely going back again and will refer all I know to them!!
