Had to wait a long time.
Schedule my appointment 3 weeks in advance for oil change and tire rotation. Waited 50 minutes and they never started service so they said to leave and come back later. Came back and still waited almost an hour. Never had any problems in the past.

Used a bike
Brought car in to look for fluid leak. Decided to try out a loaner bicycle instead of getting a ride. Bike and helmet were clean, seat height easy to adjust, seat and tire width/pressure were comfortable, pick up and drop off a snap. Gravel style tires worked well on Eisenhower Road shoulder. Would recommend for anyone who has the time.

New Tires
I won a gift certificate for new tires at a school fundraiser and everyone was very helpful through the process. They did call me just before it was done and said that I needed an alignment. My car drove very well before this and I wasn't sure if I needed one, but if they said I did then it was probably true. When we went to pick up my husband wasn't thrilled I okyed the alignment without checking with him and for multiple reasons. He asked to see the readout and it was extremely minor adjustments. They called me at 3:47pm to ask if I wanted it done and they called back at 4:07pm saying it was finished. He does not feel like 1 - it needed to be done and 2 - that they actually did it and did it properly. He feels I wasted the extra $80 and they most likely did not do an actual accurate alignment in that short of time. He was going to check something under the car because he said he would be able to tell, but he hasn't been able to yet.
