We are always very pleased with the honest and trustworthy service provided to us by Rick and his team! We took our Ford Ranger in for an oil change and tire rotation and told the guys about a noise the tires were making when we drove it, and they said sure, hopefully the rotation would help. When they called to tell us the truck was ready to be picked up, but they hadn't rotated the tires. They explained that the tires on the back were cupped and if they had rotated them the noise might have been worse. We were very thankful that they saved us money by not going ahead and doing the work anyway, since we had asked them to, and charging us and dealing with the issue later. Honest, reliable service!! Love it!!

Tire Rotation & Miscellaneous

Tire rotation was free because we purchased the tires from Matthews which is great value and the howling sound during a right turn was diagnosed and corrected same day.

Great but w/ a small mistake

Got an oil change and tire rotation. My only issue is attention to detail. I asked for full synthetic oil... received semi-synthetic oil. My car runs on either just fine... but wanted the full synthetic so I can extend my next oil change to 10K miles vs 5K with semi-synthetic. Maybe some better note taking on a client file is needed. Otherwise the service was solid as usual.
