The email feature is amazing, Melissa or Rick always responds to emails super fast. Very friendly folks working there. The service is affordable and almost always takes less time than they predict!
I dont go to anyone else for my car service than Matthews Tire. They are dependable and honest, and always willing to take the time to explain things to me about my car. Thank you for another stress-free service!
Ive never had a bad experience with Matthews. When I was in last however, I came a half and hour early for an oil changed and left two and a half hours later. Didnt mind waiting, but. Warning about being backed up or a status update would have made sitting there that long much easier.
