As always was able to schedule the appointment to fit out hectic schedules, time frame of the work scheduled was on time and because we bought the tires from Matthews the tire rotation was free.
New tires and an alignment were needed on the car my teen would be driving. They found the lower ball joints needed replacement. All work was done in short order and I feel my teen is driving a safe vehicle. Interaction with manager and service advisors was fantastic. Very personable and knowledgeable.

We have had all our maintenance done with Matthews Tire.For the most part very happy with courteous service desk, auto repair. But...the last few times there has been an error made. This time a dip stick was broken. Before oil leak-going on a trip...very worrisome on that ride. All the mistakes were resolved.Suggestion. A check off list on all repairs by another person who did not initially do the job.A new pair of eyes.Thanxs
