had better service

Went in for an oil change, was talked into air filters and battery cable cleaning, spent way more than I wanted to. When I went to pick my car up, it wouldn't start. They claimed the battery "just happened to die in their parking lot" and I'm out another $110 on top of what I had already spent. Plus I had to sit there in the parking lot and wait. I kind of felt like they owed me a deal. I had already come in twice earlier in the week for a different car and didn't have good service then, either.They are super nice guys but they bled me this weekend.
