My Day at Lambs-Far West

I was not greeted with respect as a person but by the color of my skin and gender. But it got better once I threw light on the fact that it was my second visit there. The interaction became polite and respectful. I went about my business to the post office. Came back and waited for two hrs as I was told from the encounter. The sitting area was ok because it quite every other person sitting there and waiting were on their phones which is a good thing. My car was ready and was called by the guy who first met with an attitude. He told me the cost paid. It was a good ending gave me information to go to HEB to get my tab. I did, it fast instead of me going Airport blvd. Thank you.

As always the customer service and work was very good.

Night Drop Make Easy

After doing a night drop with my son's truck, Rick called me first thing the morning to confirm reception and to review requested services. Rick followed up with the techs discoveries and recommendations. Finally Rick called to inform me of completed service repairs. This was a pleasant experience, as always. Thank you.

Runs Like a Charm!

David and Rick assisted me in replacing the sway bar bushings on my Mazda 5 (a common problem with that model). They also replaced both my rear tires. They kept me informed of what they were doing to my car, made sure I had an accurate quote ahead of time, and got to the repair work right away. As a result, I couldn't be happier with the performance of my car.

Car Inspection

Said it would take an hour. They lied again...only took 45 minutes! Even offered coffee and doughnuts.You always take such good care of me and my car. Wouldn't go any where else for service. Thank you.

I walked into Lamb's around 5:15 with no appointment, needing a headlight replaced. I figured it was a long shot since it was less than an hour before closing, but thought I'd try anyway. They were able to fit me in and I was out within half an hour. I was so impressed! I have always had great service at the Far West Lamb's and even though I now live on the other side of town, I will give this location my business whenever I can. Thanks, Lamb's!

Reliable, Friendly, &Free Wifi

I love this shop. I found it on accident, literally, when I got a flat nearby. They do great work on my car, they don't recommend service that I don't need. Their waiting area is comfortable, and has free wifi.
