Lambs always does a good job with our cars and I recommend them. We have been coming to the shop since it first opened more than 10 or even 15 years ago. It's been so long I can't remember! They go the extra mile for us.
Went to Lambs for an oil change after work. Not a long wait, great customer service. Mr. Fletcher made sure my special nut for my tires was returned to me without my having to ask. Well done. I will be back.
I came in for a car inspection. The staff was helpful and professional.
I drove my care to this Lamb's for a checking due to noise, then the next day the staff told me water pump and tensioner were broken, $1,000 to fix, and the car turned undrivable. Before checking my car was drivable, after checking my car became undrivable! They broke my car! But they fooled me with a lie that the tensioner they broke was the car's designed bug. They denied their fault. I went to another store, the worker there told me the broken part was not the bug, it was indeed broken by the staff in Lamb's. They broke my car and even still required me to pay the checking fee $100, which is unreasonable unless they recover my car to the drivable condition before. I argued with them but they still refused to return my money. I finally fixed my car at another store at $270($150 for water pump $120 for tensioner) without checking fee. Their fault costed me extra $220($100 unreasonable checking fee and $120 tensioner replace). I will never visit Lamb's anymore and tell all my friends.
Long time customer There when needed and can be trusted to do what needs to be done...as agreed upon . Also it's nice when they can call you by name.
Have only used Lamb's 2 times once here and at McNeil both experiences were great. Very professional staff and helpful in explaining what needs to be done on your car. They make suggestions rather than try to sell you something like some places do. I loved this location because the parking situation much better than McNeil. When I called to inquire about oil changes and the differences between the grades of oil and performance they broke it down very simply. I would recommend Lamb's to anyone. Honest, have integrity and genuine. I definitely plan on bringing my vehicle back for oil change or whatever repairs need to be done. I was impressed when I heard that they had a lifetime guarantee for a brake job which is what I got along with an oil job. I was a little sticker shocked but labor no matter where you go is expensive. I am sure if I went to the dealership it would of cost more. Not sure on that but nonetheless. I loved the service and great customer service with their smiles!
New guy at counter took forever just to get me cash and carry wiper blades. Then charged me for install. Now I have to go back for a credit. Need better training/supervision
Everyone was amazing! They even took me too work while my car was being fixed. I'm never going anywhere else to get my car fixed.
I have been coming to Lamb's Tire on Far West for over a year now. They do an excellent job taking care of my cars every time they need an oil change or any other work done. They only recommend whatever is needed on the car; never pushing to get the job.Their customer service is excellent.
