Awesome Job

Spoke with Kirk the manager at the Far West location the day before going in. When I got there we talked about what was going on with the car and let him know that we couldn't afford very much for all the repairs. He and his crew went to work on our car and he came back and told me that the brakes needed to be repaired. He then went to work on making sure that we could afford the cost of the repairs. Once he did his MAGIC, and came back with the cost we could afford, they went to work on the brakes. He even found out what codes the car was giving him on the other repairs needed and spoke with Mini of Austin. I HIGHLY recommend this company, as they give it to you straight and will help in every way possible to make sure you and your car are taken care of. AWESOME JOB....

Overall a Pleasant Experience

I recently brought my car here after my car's electrical system short-circuited on my way to work. They were incredibly nice, and honest about the amount of time it would take (I didn't have an appointment). Everyone I worked with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They didn't have the cable needed to make the repair, so we wound up having to wait for it to be ordered (which happened very quickly). The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is that I had to be a little more annoying than I prefer with the follow-ups/check-ins on the status (like many, I desperately need my car and have no alternatives to get to and from work!) When I came in to pick it up, Dave, who had helped me when I initially came in, remembered me immediately, and shared my corroded part with me. He made me feel safe with the repairs made and secure in that I shouldn't have any other problems in the near future. Overall, things could have been MUCH worse and more stressful!

Kirk was personable and attentive regarding my SUV's recent service. I'm glad that the multi point inspection brought attention to repairs I had not considered. Car is running much more smoothly!

Mostly good service

The tech who changed my oil & rotated tires forgot to install the new wiper blades I requested. The guy at the counter noticed the discrepancy and promptly took care of it. Can't complain about that. So the service was good.
