Ford Bronco Brake Job

Went in for a rear brake issue. The brakes were engaged and burning.Lambs replaced the burning brakes and sent me on. But the issue was never solved. My new brakes began buring a week later. The car was towed to Lambs for another inspection.The manager said he couldn't find any issues. He repeated it a hundred times. Then he charged me $100 for a tow.I was sent off again with faulty brakes.Days later the brakes began smoking again almost to the point of fire. This time it happened in front of a Lambs in Georgetown. They diagnosed the promblem immediately and were sympathetic. Georgetown manager Damon had the problem diagnosed in no time. He also told me Far West put my brake shoes on backwards (The manager Derick said he inspected it twice!)It took me 3 weeks to get my rear brakes fixed on a 1992 Bronco. My experience at Far West was terrible. Manager Derik refused to do the job.Far West could learn something if they visit the Georgetown location.

buying tires

after reading reviews on the website . That sold me on this place .plus it was very close to my home which is another plus. The friendliness is right on spot . I felt valued and appreciated as a customer . The work was competed in a few hours for the 4 top of the line tires that I needed . wish you guys great success

I brought in two tires to be mounted, Lamb's was quick and friendly( i went first thing in the morning) The staff was very good.

I've been coming to the Lambs off Far West for many years off and on. David, has ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS been honest, direct, and shown a "make it right" mentality. It does not go unnoticed and I always appreciate it.

Great visit

David Reed helped me yesterday and he was amazingly helpful and curtious. He even passed out cookies to everyone in the lobby.I never had that happen before. Great experience as always. I've been Bringing my cars to you for 20 years and that will continue.

Oil Change & Inspection

Lamb's on Far West is awesome! Friendly staff, honest and straightforward. They are my go-to auto shop. I highly recommend them.

Kind and Courteous

Despite some technical problems along the way, the guys at Lamb's fixed my car up right. They were always upfront about what was happening, and how long it would take. They also took great care in making sure the job was done right.

I came in due to my AC blowing hot air. Asked for the problem to be diagnosed and was at first told I needed a recharge. Then after the recharge was done was told I needed the whole AC kit replaced for $2000. The cost for the parts was $950 but I was able to locate the same part at AutoZone for a 3rd of the price. I felt like I was either misled or the problem was not properly diagnosed the first time and was charged for services that did not fix the issue I came in for. I feel like places like this are why the auto repair industry has such a bad reputation.

Tires and brakes on 4/4/2017

I had a great experience working with Rick at the Far West Blvd. location. My tires came in on when he said they would, and I was able to get them put on that same day, plus got my brake pads replaced at the same time. I had a great experience. The free wifi helped me get work done while I waited which was super handy.
