After I had a tire blow out on 183, I was a bit frazzled. Paul and the other staff at Lamb's were friendly and helpful in helping me to replace my tires. I will return to Lamb's in the future.

I am going to be brutally honest. Totally unacceptable as to how dirty the car came back from the technician (oily smudges on the interior - steering wheel, keyhole area, door panel; large oil smudges on both fenders; wet and oily engine compartment; and who knows where else). Sam and the manager (I forget his name) were very gracious and professional in finally cleaning it up. However, an additional trip and more than 2 extra hours spent is not acceptable. This is the 3rd incident at this location of very subpar service by their technicians. If this is overly critical, so be it as I am a retired GM executive that spent five years in dealer relations, and thus I know what quality (or lack thereof) of service means in the automotive business,

Lamb’s Tire & Automotive was founded more than 25 years ago, when we opened the doors of our very first store on Ben White Boulevard in 1987.
