Good Service - Could be better

Service desk people were kind, friendly, and easy to work with. The shop side seemed less then capable, several issues with customer cars from oil pan plugs to breaking parts in (valve seal) in other cars. Sadly, went in for an 75.00 oil change and it cost me over 100 because of needing extra oil even though the dealer even quoted me 70. This was a bit over priced and it would have been good if the manager would have matched the price but no resolution to be had there. Overall an ok experience, from a people's person perspective it was a good experience, from a cost and mechanical capabilities perspective there is much to be desired.

Recently had a visit for an oil change and was told:1. Radiator fluid was dirty and needed replacement. I had the fluid replaced in Feb by another goodyear location in FL. Prior to that my fluid lasted be 140,000 miles.2. Was told my drive belt was cracked. I inspected the belt and disagree, but am not discounting the mechanic's inspection.3. Was told and shown leaking rack and pinions with power steering fluid leaking on the foundation of the store. Upon checking my fluid, it was 1/4 inch low and the system was pressurized which is not indicative of a substantial leak. In any case, I do not feel like I was treated with honesty. Perhaps the salesman and the mechanic really believed these items, but I do not. This store has lost my trust.
