As usual, the service attendant at Lamb's was very helpful and courteous. Work was completed within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, I had to return the next day because something had been left loose and was rattling.
The desk staff is always friendly enough, but I have continued issues when I bring my car in for an oil change. Your mechanics seem to have trouble figuring out how to remove the underpanel from my Civic and end up breaking clips. My paneling came off completely while I was driving after getting my oil changed there the time before this. Going through the process of having to get it fixed and replaced is a hassle I could do without. I ask myself every time I need an oil change why I just don't take it to the dealer, since they are more familiar with the car. If the dealership was open on Saturdays, I'd probably go there, even if it meant paying more money. When I pulled out of the parking lot after my oil change this time, I hit the spray to clean my windshield and the reservoir was dry. When you miss little things like that, it makes me wonder what big things are getting missed. The inspection went smoothly enough.
I wasn't sure what was making my jeep sound so loud (sounded like a spaceship blasting off on the inside) but they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I received 2 new hub bearings. Now my jeep runs like new :) They even topped off my oil, thanks guys!
This Lambs always takes care of my needs. Wish all businesses cared about their customers as Lambs does. I've been trading with them for many years now and never have had a complaint.

I had my car towed in to Lambs and they were able to find out what was won immediately. They find the part for me and was very reasonable on the price. My car is running better then ever and I will continue doing service with Lamb's Tire. My experience with this location has been better than good.

I really like this shop. I was a first-time customer and my car was seen and 2 tires were patched quickly for a reasonable price.
