Got new tires, transmission fluid and seal replacement and alignment, fast friendly service, like the fact they show you what needs to be done and why and a complete price estimate, a bit pricey but so is everywhere

This was my second time here. I've worked with both Sam and Chris. Very respectful and professional. Even the crew member that changed my tire was polite and explained things to me that most would not. He even shook my hand and told me to have a great day. This will be my full time tire establishment.
Got my oil changed and tires rotated using their coupon. They showed me that my air filters were dirty. After they showed me I gave the OK to have them replaced, so they ordered them from an auto parts store and got them in within a reasonable time. It was my first time there and am happy with their service and friendly, professional attitude from Chris. I'll likely go back there for oil changes.
I've been going to Lamb's for many years and for the most part have been reasonably pleased. However, when I went to have my oil changed recently, my car was leaking oil from both the drain plug and oil filter. It was a big inconvenience, but they did eventually fix the issue. Prices are fair. I often feel that they are trying a little to hard to upsell services.

Searched a few places for new tires (4) and Lamb's beat everyone's quote by greater than 15%. Sam provided excellent service over the phone with a few different recommendations for my vehicle and returned calls promptly. The chosen tires were delivered early the next day and Sam called to let me know they were at the store. Upon arrival Sam greeted me, took the keys asked if I needed a ride, etc., and said it would be about an hour, plus they did the courtesy multi-point inspection. It took right at an hour with everything in the vehicle the way I had left it (seat, mirrors, radio, etc.) when I got in to leave. Felt really good about the savings on the Michelin 235/50r19 I purchased from Lamb's!
My husband trusts the manager,Paul,to give us the best service possible. We have visited this establishment a few times and my husband is satisfied with the service and with the people who work there,and we will continue to bring our business to them.
Called Paul at 7 AM, due to loosing air in Tire. He answered pleasant and asked me to come in.My tire was not repairable, so he recommended a new set for my car. He also explained warranty and his overall attitude was very proffesional. I feel safer, after I went with his recommendation and will be a Customer for as long as I live here.Also told my husband and Co workers about the positive experience at the N Bell, Cedar Park, TX store
