I was very happy with the service and very helpful customer service rep who helped get both of my cars taken care of. As always - these guys deliver!
I called at 3pm to get an appointment at 3:30pm on a weekday. I arrived 5 minutes early. They checked me in, updated my information and had my car ready in less than 45 minutes. My only concern is that they did not fill the coolant. They said they didn't have it there which I thought was odd. They checked that it was checked and "ok" but it was really low visually. I looked at it with them and they had no solution to fill it. I had to leave with it low. After I left, I was concerned that they did not check my tire pressure as well.
Very polite and capable employees. I have used this Lamb's location for years. I have no complaints.
Truck was not started until one hour after the appointment time - then was charged for both performance review and evac and recharge of the A/C system. Was told that no freon in the unit, placed dye in the unit with new freon - said they could not do a performance check or a leak check on the same day and will have to come back in a week. I don't live in the same county and that is why an appointment was made. Now I have no answers, am out $180 and have to return for a second visit. Not happy with the outcome thus far.
The guys at Lamb's do a great job. They are also gentlemen, which is important to me as well - I feel safe there. The work is high quality.

This auto shop is awesome. My first time using Lamb's. All the staff was nice and professional. I witness awesome customer service with Jeff and Paul when they were working with other customers. They were informative and professional. They truly care about the customers success. They did great work on my car.
Terrible! I suggest not to go there. I got there at 9am on Friday and no other customer was there. I told the employee what I was there for,her took my proof of insurance and I sat in the waiting place. Other people started coming in . 90 min later I ask what west taking so long,the guy gave me a stupid answer and said it wouldn't be too much longer. I left 15 min later . I had a doctor's appointment in downtown Austin at 3:00. After that when I got in my car to leave it was dead because Lamb'so left my lights on when they inspected it. I was parked where it was difficult to get it jumped so I had a problem getting someone to do it. I have to go back there because they said one of my tires was not quite tread worthy,but I don't want to.
