I needed brake rotors turned and Hogan's still does it while most other shops don't! They were very professional and did a nice job.

Hogan and Sons di a great job as usual getting me in and out with my oil change.

Not Impressed

In a nutshell, I brought my 2005 Chevy Silverado in to have my emergency brake repaired. For $900+ They would perform a rear brake service and replace two brake cables, only after I told the technician to look at the cables. The service manager might have ignored that part or didn't communicate it very well. They did show me the shoes were cracked. For $125+$9 in shop supplies and taxes, I asked them to put it back together, and I'll do it myself ($80 for AC Delco brake cables, $100 for NAPA ultra premium shoes and hardware kit) note: Goodyear allegedly uses the cheaper NAPA TX shoes). The service manager was friendly, the shop was clean, and the TV played Velocity Channel for the three hours it took them to get me an estimate. Note: my truck was the first one in the bay. They sat on it for ? then gave me the news. In all fairness, VA Tire & Auto did an equally bad job diagnosing my issue by only replacing a hardware kit and charging $200 to hook the cables back up. Repair didn't last.
