the new windshield wiper put on during inspection leaves streaks, the old one worked better. I'll need to bring it in and have it replaced

Every visit is always a good experience. They always treat me like a valued customer. The techicians always check every inch of my vehicle for potential problems. They also, offer recommendations to help me not cause future major damages to my vehicle and wallet.

Safety & Emissions

I want to apologize for my recent visit. I wrote an angry review on Yelp because i knew i could do it myself. After I did the work myself i promptly deleted the Yelp review. After i did the work myself I noticed the bad sway bar and replaced it, also replaced everything in the rear drums breaks. New break cylinder's, hardware kit, shoe's, and drum on both side's. 2 new tires also. Please forward this to the local sterling shop i ow him an apology as well. Thank you for you're time.-Mike

This place is very professional when it comes to your car needs. I came in to get a oil change and a tire rotation and I had excellent service from start to finish. Alex and his team took care of me and they made sure I my car was ready. I'll definitely be coming back in the future. BRAVO !

I'm about done with Hogan

This place has been up and down over the years, but I think it's time to find a new mechanic, probably a dealership.I brought my Jeep in for a vacuum leak, power steering repair (which they thought they got right back in Feb.) and new shocks. Because of a supposed good deal, I asked for new tires. I meant four, they sold me five (found out when I picked it up). During one call, he informed me I had air conditioning ( just bought this, used), and he said, 'I topped it off for you', suggesting complimentary, not so, $125. What am I going to say, suck it out? I don't use A/C.The Jeep has a lift on it, and I had to tell THEM what shocks to put on, after he asked me. For a Tire and Auto, you'd think they were the experts. Then, when I asked for use of their "Courtesy Shuttle' service to take my other car home and come back to pick up the Jeep, I had to shuttle their driver in my cars. Yeah, service and integrity have really fallen off.

Went in for an oil change and was expecting it to take a few hours but they did it very quickly and I was extremely happy with the service I recieved. I will definitely recommend anyone to bring their car to Hogan's and sons
