I called Hogan and Sons on a whim at 3:30 on a Saturday because I needed the winter tires taken off my car and the summer tires put on. They told me if I came immediately they could put them on. It took them 30 minutes and they were on point. The only reason I tried them in the first place is because Curry's Auto scheduled an appointment but they were closed when I got there.
Prompt service, accurate diagnoses, very courteous customer service rep who let me actually SEE the problem before fixing it and gave me the faulty part . Made sure I was comfortable without overdoing it.
The Hispanic guy that took care of my car was really helpful and informative.

Edson (Store manager) and Alex (Asst. store manager) are professional, honest, and friendly. They provide recommendations for upcoming maintenance, but they don't pressure me to make expensive repairs that aren't necessary. The service is always finished on time and at the quoted cost. It is hard to find a reliable auto repair shop, but this place is quickly earning my loyalty!
