Great customer service skills! Got the job done efficiently and were friendly. Did not try to pressure me into buying anything other than what I came in for (new tires) price matched a quote I had gotten from another location, and did give me a list of 101 other problems my vehicle had. Did a good job and then called to thank me for my business. I recommend them.

Not happy at all.I used a coupon like every time. But the service rep told me that last time it cost $39.39.00 whewhen I checked my files afterwards it turn to be NOT true.

Poor Service

I brought the car in Thursday 7/27 and was initially told it could be fixed that day. About 20 minutes later I was told that it couldn't be and I was scheduled to bring it in at 8:00 on Saturday 7/29. I did, but the car was left setting in the lot for over an hour and was not serviced until I asked for the key back. I have never had service like this before at this facility and assure you I will not again more than once. You need to bring your standards back up or start saying goodbye to customers.
