Great Service

AMAZING!! First I was in desperate need for new tires and I ordered my tires on Tire Rack. I then went to Virginia tire and auto to get my tires put on and it was way too expensive. I went across the street to Hogan and Sons, and they quoted a price for the installation of my tires at $156 including the balance, and TPMS Kit. I agreed to the price, and after receiving my car the total was less than expected!!! They were able to reset my TPMS sensor, instal and balance my tires! Everyone there was pleasant, and extremely helpful! They will even match TireRack.com prices! Will defenitly be back!

2002 Dodge repair

Service was very good. My only complaint was not being able to pay my account with my credit card by phone. Since I am handicapped, this was an inconvenience.

The office area is clean, welcoming and friendly. The customer service men were just as welcoming and friendly. Our vehicle was repaired and ready to go at the time they had promised and the whole experience was very pleasant. I would recommend Hogan and Sons to anyone that need their vehicle serviced or repaired.

I had great service. I had someone slash one tire. took the tire in and they replace it. the replace is fast and had tire in stock.

Uncertain

This was my first visit. Everything went well up until the review and recommendations. I was told my brake rotors should be replaced. After discussion it further and asking if resurfacing would do (that is more realistic for the age of the rotors) the reply was interesting. The mechanic said he did not take a thorough look and he does not know....but he knew I needed new ones. This recommendation was given when he didn't really look at them...that is bizzare and unsettling. Sad. The reception makes you feel comfortable and welcoming. Then the up-sale killed it. I don't plan on returning
