I thought the staff was friendly and professional. Although I had to wait 2 1/2 hours. ( I did not have a way home). It would be a great idea to have a shuttle service so people with one vehicle could get home. Overall it was very good service. The tire prices could have been lower.
Start off questionable as my appointment was not in the computer, however oil change was performed on time anyway.
Great price. Great customer service. However, when I called to request a shuttle to bring me back to the shop to pick up my car; I was advised they were busy and they would pick me up whenever. Would have received a five star review if not for the dismissive attitude about picking me up.

I dislike this place, they always push too hard for additional services I do not need. I normally ignore this but the last couple time my car has come out of their shop with the check engine light on....which it wasnt when it went in, i take it to the dealership and they find nothing wrong.
From the time I walked in to the time I left they were courteous, pleasant, and the services fast. Always good to know there's reliability right around the corner!
Never again will I ever bring any of my vehicles or recommend my customers to bring their vehicles to this shop. Failed my jeep on the inspection saying there is a leak on my rear suspension but failed me for my brakes. Took my Jeep to the dealer and said that everything is perfectly fine and kept-up with makntence, no leak, and no issue with my brakes. You have failed to rob me $1,300 as you quoted me on the sheet.
I was taken care of by originally Ronnie but later in the afternoon someone else. It was the mechanic who took completed my tire replacement along with suggesting a much needed alignment. He and Ronnie both suggested this along. With getting a new air filter. I dont know who's responsibility it was to complete this service for me on a very busy day . I'm and have always been very impressed with service I've always received at this store. Thanks to all that made it happen!
good service disappointing in the end when upon trying to use two coupons not even worth $40 together, was told we can only use one coupon at a time. Are you kidding me? We spent about $2100 total and could only use 1 coupon at a time? Also, the vehicle was suppose to be done same day, was told that "warehouse was not able to deliver ac hose that day." Really? $2100 total cost was not enough to incentive someone to go above and beyond for a customer.
