A year ago a Honda Dealership told me I needed tires right away so my car would pass inspection. I decided to check tire prices before making the purchase. I came to Hogan and Son and was told I had another year of tread. Promised them, for their honesty, I'd be back this Fall. Got my tires Saturday and was treated like royalty. Delivered to and picked up at my office even though it was further then normally allowed. Maybe another place may have been a little cheaper but I'd never receive this gold star treatment. They truly are the real deal.

Bad customer service
This has been the second time I have came to this shop for service and was highly disappointed by the service. I dropped my car off for inspection at 8am in the morning and was told my car would be ready win 4 hours because their are 3 other vehicles ahead of mines. I received a call 4 hours later from the inspector advising that my would not be ready until the end of the day, around 6pm. I expressed concerns about that as I would not have a ride that late and his response was basically that I can come get the car now because he can not guarantee that he will have the car done soon or someone available to pick me up.. When went to the shop at 1p for them to tell me that they just brought my car in and can pass the inspection because it as rejected someplace else. This is now 1/2 of a day gone, and lack of service provided. this was clearly a mistake and the shop was very dismissive and short. No customer service was provided and I will not be back here.

Had an appointment for an oil change yet had to wait for 2hrs. Front desk individual was very rude and not at all professional. Manager called later that day and was very kind and apologized.Been a customer for over 4-5yrs now. Hoping next time will be like my usual oil changes....otherwise will have to go some place else.

So much for an appointment
The work done was fine, but apparently an appointment is nothing more than an opportunity to get in line.Replacing two tires was promised to take an hour after showing up at the designated appointment time; it took more than three. The car didn't move for the first hour. Meanwhile, sitting there, I heard all manner of excuses given to other customers about why Service requests couldn't be done, but in every case, they were invited to "make an appointment."The front desk has lost some skills over the years, or gained the wrong ones.
