Dishonest billing

I know if was my fault but I did not carefully review my bill when I got 4 new tires. Later when I did I notice I have been charged for lifetime balancing and roadside hazard warranty totaling $142. I was not asked about these charges and would not have accepted them if I had been paying attention.
