I'm sorry to say I have now been twice disappointed with your service. After having an appointment for the oil change/tire rotation, and 1 1/2 hours waiting, the rotation was not done. The car was taken back in and supposedly the rotation done but I have no paperwork showing how the tires were rotated. Previously, I had my car in for a tire repair. It was brought back out and I asked if all 4 tires were checked for correct air pressure. They had not been and the car was taken back in to do this. Very disappointing.

Flat tire

Came in Christmas eve needing a flat tire repaired or replaced. Had to be replaced so we bought a new one. The courteous staff at the desk and in the shop quickly moved a back tire to the donut spare (flat) position and put the new tire on the rear. AND put the spare and trunk tools away. Very nicely done, we couldn't be more pleased with our no notice visit. Thanks again for getting us back on the road and going the extra mile!

Oil change

I am very happy with the service of my car and professionalism of staff. I appreciated the heads up on further items that needed attention for which I am having taken care of. My main concern is the safety of my car and family while traveling. Thank you.
