Awesome Tires & Service !!

Easy fix but frustrating

H&S advised they would call when my wheel was in. They did not. I had to call in and check.When I came in to have it istalled the team that morning was was unaware my new wheel had arrived. Told me to go home and they'd call in an hour. They never called.So I showed up in person again after a few hours where once again there were people unaware of what was going on. The real kicker was when they took me into the garage and I had to identify which wheel/tire was my old/bent one for them.In the end they got it done for a good price, everyone was friendly, but I was frustrated at the fact that I always had to be the one following up with them.

Balance & Alignment

Service was fine and done well. The advice not so much. I was told I may need tires by my next oil change because they were down to 6/32 and had some uneven wear. The uneven wear is minor and the tires are 12/32 new so they'real at 50% of a 70k mile tread wear warranty. How can advice like that be trusted?

Despite not being able to make an appointment on-line, I was able to get my truck tire fixed in a satisfactory manner & time frame. If the service is available to make appointments on-line, then I'm not sure why I wasn't able to. This would have been very convenient.
